What is the fit of Cream Kids garments?
Please note we DO NOT size according to age as children grow at their own pace and can have very different physics. Simply use Height and Weight as your main guide. You can find our general size guide here
What are my payment options?

Where do you ship from?
Your parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse in China to avoid double handling. We operate and train our logistics team in China, and provide them with a safe and comfortable environment. Please refer to our shipping policy to find out more on shipping time frames.
Do I have to pay importation tax on my purchases?
For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Customs duties & Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer for all countries - if you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded by Cream Kids.
What currency are your prices in?
All items are listed in Australian dollars. You can view by your preferred currency listed via changing the currency selection on the top right corner on desktop and within the menu bar on mobile.
What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional delivery fee.
Can I make a small change on my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed due to the volume we process daily. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout.
